Meow Cosmetics’ Coctyus

Coctyus (and I keep misspelling that word…switching the t and the y…) is the “River of Tears” in the Greek underworld. The shade is a smoky blued grey, with a slight shimmer. The pigmentation level is good without the color being too dark; but this is definitely one of the darker shades in the Neptune's Grotto collection. You can use it for a softer smokey-eye look, or in less dark looks without the shade being overwhelming.
