Meow Cosmetics’ Crystalline Cat Quartz glow powder

Looks like powdered rose quartz. This is definitely too “frosty” a finish to use as a blush, but it highlights well. I have used this around my eyes as well as on my upper cheekbones, and been happy with the effects. Applying it with a softer brush gives less color payoff, but also smooths the finish a bit.
