Meow Cosmetics’ Full Moon

I have other whites with gold shimmer, but they're pretty much neutral whites. This is a blue-white base, very much like a full moon. The color is very opaque - this is most definitely not a “soft highlighter” shade (though with a soft enough brush and a careful hand, you can use it that way.)
