Meow Cosmetics’ Geek Cred

This is a stunning blue shade, and while it's a sparkle finish, it isn't a glitter bomb with little other color payoff. It's a bit on the brighter side, not quite neon but close. You'll definitely be happier with this color's performance if you use a sealant, or something like Pixie Epoxy or Liquid Luster to hold all the sparkle in place.
