Meow Cosmetics’ Illegal in 50 States

This is an interesting color: kind of a deep mossy green that leans heavily brown. (Or perhaps vice versa.) At any rate, it's neither a green, a brown, nor a duotone. It's just…interesting. It will not look good on people who prefer warm browns, but it's easily dark enough to make a great liner shade.

Because of the green tones, you have to be very careful about what highlighters you use with this color, even if they're not right up against each other. Cool green-whites might work, pure whites might work, I'm not so sure about beiges or creams though.
