This is a really attractive color! When I repotted it into my 10gram jars, I was really impressed with the sparkle and with the color. I was less than perfectly delighted when I swatched it, though. The color softens when applied dry - not a huge sin, since this happens to over half of the colors I have from any vendor. I was very sad to see that when I applied it wet, it was almost pure sparkle and very little pigmentation. I don't know if that's because I had repotted the color, and all the sparkle had settled to the bottom (and thus was on top when repotted) but I was vaguely disappointed.

Hopefully there will be an actual blue of this shade, in some future Meow collection. Even if it's a shimmer finish rather than a sparkle…just so that there's a bit more of the blue color payoff.
