Meow Cosmetics’ Magnificat

It looks a lot deeper when applied dry. Foiled…the color doesn't lighten so much as “the finish bounces back more light, making the shadow look lighter.” Adhesion is really good, and the color isn't sooty and doesn't stain - just stays in place well.
