Meow Cosmetics’ Moonrise

So deep a navy blue it's almost a cool deep charcoal. The coverage is decent, though the pigmentation level is a bit on the low side. I can see flashes of green and purple in the shimmer-finish, but they're not prominent enough to make this color pull one way or the other - it's a neutral dark blue.
