Meow Cosmetics’ Neurotic

I love colors like this: a really deep, rich base with an almost-solid layer of contrasting-color metallic shimmer. (The downside is, it's harder to pair this shade with other colors since the others have to match both the metallic top and the base color.) This does stain just a bit, so you'll need to wear primer under this one.
