Not quite a sheer color, but definitely a pastel-ish shade. The opacity is just barely not 100%, this color isn't sheer or even semisheer, but it's not totally opaque. The opacity can be increased by adding a second layer, but the color intensity doesn't really increase. You can amp up the color by applying it over a bright or white cream shadow base.

This works surprisingly well with coral-reds and coral-pinks, and a bit with midtone purples or deeper lilac shades.

This reminded me quite a bit of Fyrinnae's Space Kitty, with slightly better color payoff.
