Meow Cosmetics’ Sea Glass review

The base color looks vaguely similar to some of the other greens in my collection, but this is just a bit brighter. The shade is almost a muted version of Stila's turquoise eyeliner that was available in winter/spring 2012/13.
The silver shimmer finish lessens the green, which is a little bit sad - I have a few turquoise-greens from Meow, but most of them are a bit brighter (like Begin) or have less color payoff than Sea Glass does. It would be nice to have this base shade with a softer pearl finish.
