The shimmer is a bit sparse on this color; and while it’s a rich color, it’s soft enough that it can be used as a regular eyeshadow. For a liner-shade, this is almost a bit…soft. It isn’t semisheer, the color payoff is good, it’s just not quite what I generally think about when I think “eyeliner.” It does coordinate with the other shades in this collection, though, which were brighter colors. A deep almost-blackened eyeliner would drag the other colors down - so it does fit with the overall Caribbean Escape collection. I kind of wish that this was a truly deep teal-green with heavy pigmentation, because I’d love a deep dark teal-green eyeliner. But…it’s a lovely shade.
