Meow Cosmetics’ Skeptic

One of the first colors from the Friday the 13th collection to catch my eye. I wish the base blue color was a little deeper, because it would look a bit more dramatic; but this looks nice paired with a dark navy or purple eyeshadow. I can get some interesting effects if I apply this over a darker creme base using a soft brush.
