This is almost a dark pink…or a light clear (but not soft) red. It's bright without being screamingly so (ironic, for a color named after a toucan!) and the color payoff for me is the same whether it's applied wet or dry. The shimmer is very faint, and shows up as a faint reflective finish rather than being the more prominent shimmer I'm used to on most eyeshadows.
Toucan is almost like a cooler, more pigmented version of Anana blush.
