Meow Cosmetics’ Waterfall

This color isn't quite a semisheer; but it definitely applies more softly than it looks in the pot. My dry application seemed a little light, in terms of color payoff; but that could have just been my swatching of that color. The shimmer is very faint, so this is almost more of a roughened pearl finish.
