Meow Cosmetics’ Wretched Soul

Looks like a browned-green when applied dry, looks like a deep blue-spruce green when applied wet. Not quite sure why that is, but I like it! I can use this as a crease color, or apply it wet and get a great liner shade that gives me definition and very nicely complements my eyes.
