All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Milani Cosmetics’ Ludicrous Lights Duo Chrome Highlighter in Lollapa-blue-za

This shows up as a medium-size chunky blue glitter. This is definitely easier to see as festival- or costume-makeup than daily wear. I can’t even see me using this on my browbone - there’s very little base shade, and lots of the blue glitter. This reminded me strongly of NYX’s Arctic Crush, which is not a product that I ended up loving. One upside to this is that I think the glitter particles are small enough that they can safely be worn near the eye, and so I have a scattered-blue-glitter color for inner-vee application. All in all, I don’t see myself reaching for this very often.
