This was released for Halloween 2021 (or maybe it was Halloween 2020?) and it's still around, with all colors still available. I love that! I don't know how much longer this will last, but it feels like metallic and/or glittery lipstick collections don't stick around for years. NYX's Wicked Lippies are the last big-name brand that I can remember who released an entire metallic-lip collection, and those seemed to go out of stock fairly regularly. This is a smaller group, and concentrated on deeper and more saturated colors: three reds, one deep green, one bright medium purple, and one black. This is definitely a "Halloween"-color grouping.

All of these have fairy good coverage, though you will want a lip liner for the deep green and the black, even if you aren't typically a lip-liner person. They cover well, but I've found that they need a second pass to really even out the color. I am on the search for a good sticky lip primer, with these lipsticks even more so, since the glitter is the first element to visibly wear off.

in 2012, four years after I began my latest deep dive into makeup, I would have passed these by without trying them. In 2016, I might have looked longingly at the bright magenta-pink, thinking how it was a gorgeous shade but I'd never find a reason to actually wear it, especially with the glitter finish. This past autumn, I bought all of the shades EXCEPT the lightest.

When the artist is ready, the paints will appear.
