Milani Cosmetics’ Rose Powder Blush collection

I feel like these four blushes have been around for quite some time. I remember seeing other bloggers review some of the “special limited edition shades” in the early 2010s, so there’s been the “core four” for most of the 2010s. The blushes are softer shades, a bit on the sheer side, and not easily buildable if you want the color to stay in place for a long while.
