Milani Cosmetics’ Strobelight Instant Glow Powder in Afterglow

A light, near-neutral pearlesque highlighter. It looked like it might lean very slightly pink in the pan, but applied it’s a light sand-tan with white reflects. When applied heavily the base shade is a bit more visible - it’s just a faint bit deeper than my skintone. Brushed on softer, the way you’d apply highlighter to your face or brow, the color almost disappears against my face and the pearl highlights are faintly visible.
