Milani Cosmetics’ Color Statement Lipstick in Matte Confident

Solid color payoff, easy application. The one thing that I noticed was that it applied a little bit…unevenly. Maybe this was just more noticeable with this color because it was so saturated. At any rate, if you want a 1950s-red lipstick and don't care to pay $30 a tube, this is an excellent choice. The strong scent - just a bit chemical-y, trying to evoke grapeseed and overshooting the mark just a tad - can be offputting, but I've found that it dissipated after 20 minutes or thereabouts.
