Milani Cosmetics’ Color Statement Lipstick in Matte Diva

This is a neon color - any way you look at it. It's hot pink, and it's gorgeous! It might lean just a teeny bit fuchsia-ward, but not too much.

One of the downsides of this particular lipstick - of just about any matte lipstick, really - is that it emphasizes when my lips are dry or need a little TLC. And while the color stayed in place well, I do kind of wish that this had stained a bit more. But for a drugstore lipstick, clocking in at under USD$6.00 regular price, this lipstick performed pretty well.
