Milani Cosmetics’ Hi-Res

The base color is a bit lighter than Octa-Gone Wild - more of a medium purple, but not really a dark lilac (though it does look that way, a bit.) Application was fairly smooth, and the holographic effects were just a little thicker in this polish than in the other Milanis I have. It took three coats to get full opacity and decent holographic coverage. (A few of the other polishes in this collection required four coats, or still had bald spots at 3 coats.)
