Milani Cosmetics’ Shadow Eyez pencil in Sand Dune

Pale, and a wee bit patchy. This is more of an “effect” liner than anything else. I can imagine wearing it the same ways I'd wear highlighter eyeshadow, and getting some good results. Just be aware that if you want to wear it beside your eye, on the browbone, et cetera, you'll want to use a primer and possibly a light bit of makeup fixative spray. Milani's pencils are great, but - like most eye pencils I have - they have limits to their ability to last all day on bare skin.
