My Pretty Zombie’s Molded Shrimp Salad

A medium green with a hint of olive. It’s not a “primary” green, not totally a forest-green either. It isn’t the avocado-green color that I most commonly associate with the 1970s…which is a good thing, because that is not a color that’s totally made a comeback even though Harvest Gold is all over the place.
