Soft cool white with light-blue hexagonal glitter. The pictures are VERY close-up, so you can see the shape of the glitter, and see that they're not just tiny bits of blue pigment mixed in (like Unicorn Pee.) The glitter doesn't have sharp edges, but the pieces are a bit large. The shadow applies unevenly, either wet or dry, with thin patches and thicker clumps. (And the odd dispersion of the glitter.)

The “detail” photo is full-size resolution, and was taken with the camera lens being 3-4 inches away from the eyeshadow pot. So you can see that while those glitter particles are on the larger side.
