My Pretty Zombie’s Rabid Weasel

My Pretty Zombie does many things very well. Matte eyeshadows are NOT among those things that it does well, though. Rabid Weasel could be a good neutral-ish beach-bleached blue that would look great on so many skintones…if it wasn't near-hydrophobic, chalky, and temperamental. I can get this to stay in place if I put down a stickey base or use a non-water mixing medium, but if I use regular eye primer, I'm just not happy with the results.
