My Pretty Zombie’s Ribbon Candy highlighter

This is an incredibly sheer highlighter. I can see how it can actually look like it might dull most complexions, because the base is a pale pink buff-grey. The light-reflecting particles are the aqua, and they are a rougher glittery layer rather than a smooth glow. I personally think that it looks interesting as a layer over a deeper blush (to mute a too-bold color without covering it), or as an eye color.
