Please pardon the gaps...

The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) The entry stubs are created for older content, but for the most part, the actual content isn't there quite yet. I am working on it. Unfortunately I have no ETA. But feel free to link to any page! When the content does get populated, the URL will stay the same.

New colors over at Pure Luxe

...well, colors and some other items. The eyecolors are the only ones that interest me, though. (I'm astonishingly predictable that way.) Christina notes that it's been a while since she added new items to the regular line - in fact, the last new colors I can remember her adding were the mini-collection back in early Spring 2009 - so I'm very glad to see these!

The new eyecolors are:

  • Avenging Angel — deepest black with red sparkle. Looks and sounds quite similar to BE's Stilettos liner.
  • Boy Toy — deep peacock blue that reveals a green when blended. May be "blackened" to deepen the initial color - can't really tell from the photo.
  • Carnal — medium cool blue pearl. The photo and description make me think that this may be my "fall-in-love" color from this set.
  • Erotica — rich violet matte. I think I already have something like this in my collection...
  • Forbidden — rich brown with red highlights and multicolored sparkle.
  • Immoral — jeweltone royal-purple with pink-interference shimmer.
  • Kinky — medium golden-green with yellow/golden shimmer. My least favorite, from the description. (But I'll still get a sample.)
  • Sensual — silvery taupe shimmer. Sounds similar to others I have in my collection, so I'll probably try a sample first.
  • Titillating — light blue/pale green shimmer. Possibly it uses the same additives as Prismatic (which I love)?
  • Tryst — bright peacock blue, with gold and green sparkle.

The collection also introduces a lip color, and some tools (brushes, cloths, et cetera). I'll start off with samples of all the eye colors, then order the ones I love in fullsize. It's always nice to see new colors from Pure Luxe, though - not only does she make a wide range of colors that have good staying power, she's got some of the best prices along with pretty rapid shipping.
