News and (pre)views: May 5, 2009

Please pardon the gaps...

The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) The entry stubs are created for older content, but for the most part, the actual content isn't there quite yet. I am working on it. Unfortunately I have no ETA. But feel free to link to any page! When the content does get populated, the URL will stay the same.

News and (pre)views: May 5, 2009

Today is going to be very, very hectic; but here's some notes before I completely disappear into the morass of work, work, work:

  • Heather just announced that TSS' One Little Dress is going to be available through the end of May
  • the local store was having a two-for-one sale, so I'll be posting a review of two Rimmel mascaras later this week
  • Aromaleigh v1's L'Orchidee collection is on sale this week - 25% off - so if you've wanted to try a color or two, this is the week to make your purchases. (Read my review first. Many of these colors are softer and more sheer than they appear in the swatches on Aromaleigh v1's site.)
  • I am now quite firmly in love with TSS' Been Caught Kissing tinted lip balms. They give me a hint of color, a very slight bit of shimmer, and they wear well. This comes from someone who has never really been a lip-product person, so they had to be pretty good to impress me... I've used Little Miss Luxe, from the recent Sitting Pretty on Fifth kit, nearly every day since it arrived. I'm very happy with the product!!
