Notoriously Morbid’s Jersey Devil

A slightly softened berry-brick red that applies smoothly and blends well. The blue shimmer isn’t a solid layer, but a little thicker than “scattered highlights”. This effect is more visible when the shadow is applied dry. The entire color covers evenly, and mixes easily with water or water-based mixing mediums.
