All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Notoriously Morbid’s Pope Lick Monster

Many of these State of Fear eyeshadows are a neutral base with a very strong colored shimmer layer. This is soft enough that the base shade looks like a near-invisible neutral on my skin. It doesn’t blend very well - the base is, as I’ve said, very soft; and the green shimmer layer is strong, but not quite THAT strong. It does work great as a neutral, as an inner-vee color, or as a highlighter shade.
