Notoriously Morbid’s The Bound Woman

I swear, I did not intend to publish the two blue eyeshadows from this collection on the same day.

This color is softer than The Dire Mother, but no less opaque. I have a few other shadows that are close to this one, and one that's extremely similar. It crops up from time to time across indie vendors. This shadow blends well into others, and can be used as a transition-shade or highlighter. I like using this as a neutral along with a bolder cool color, like deep teal, cobalt, or violet.
