Notoriously Morbid’s Walking on Sunshine

I love the base shade on this! It’s a very attractive turquoise-teal that is very intense, very bright. I’m less thrilled with how it looks when applied dry over primer: the base color loses a lot of its intensity, the color is uneven and almost sheer, and the gold is present, but it’s extremely subtle. When I want to use this, I plan ahead and lay down some glitter glue to enhance the blue.
