Utterly fantastic fuchsia creme, deep hot pink with a faint blue cast. The color payoff is excellent. The only downside is that, as with all NYX lipsticks, it doesn't last very long. You'll need to keep the tube with you all day, for touchups. Before I started wearing makeup, I would have looked at this shade and said, “Pretty color…but I can't pull this off.” It can look bright and overwhelming to someone who's new to makeup. But…trust me. There Are Ways. You can blot it - that leaves you color but mutes the intensity a bit. You can lightly powder your lips with foundation or your choice of finishing powder, which acts like a veil and dims the color but doesn't thoroughly block it. Or you can apply a tinted gloss (soft pink, champagne beige, or pale gold) for layered color effects.
