NYX Cosmetics’ Faux Whites eyeliner in Baby Powder

Blue eyes and bright or pale blue eyeliner are not best friends. Just…not. The pencil applies well, and stays in place as long as the others (the white stays longer than the tint.) But this is not the best color for me personally.
