NYX Cosmetics’ Jumbo Eye Pencil in Cashmere

One of six “new” shades introduced in…when was this…2013, I think? I’ve had it for a while, but haven’t used it too much. The pencil has a very faint red interference layer, but the color coverage is almost nonexistent. This is a far better “effects” pencil than a regular, standalone color.
