NYX Cosmetics’ Jumbo Eye Pencil in Electric Blue

This is one of the “brights” in NYX's eye pencil lineup, but where I've had to really hunt for Cherry, Yellow, Orange…this one would turn up in most stores that stocked NYX. The application without a primer is a bit patchy, but not quite as bad as some of the other metallic-finish eye pencils.

Tenacious Teal is a bit deeper, and of course the two products apply differently…but they're awfully similar shades. And unless you're a hardcore lover of blues, you might only need one or the other. Which one you choose depends entirely on what works best for you. Tenacious Teal stays in place much longer, and is a better value; but Electric Blue travels easier and you don't need an extra applicator.
