NYX Cosmetics’ Ocean Blue Pearl

Yes, yes, I know the name says “pearl”...but this is closer to a frost finish. It's a bit less smooth than a pearl finish, and it while it doesn't completely block the color, the reflectivity is more visible than the base color. To me, that's the hallmark of a “frost” finish.

The upside is, if blue eyeshadow is intimidating to you, this isn't overly blue. The downside is…it's a frosty blue. Very 1960s.
