Yep, I picked this up after seeing Jackie Aina say - several times - that it really helped her foundation application and that she loved it. I had been trying to use bronzer brushes since those were rounded rather than flat brushes; but they weren’t really working the way I wanted them to. I had slightly better results with some other facial brushes (like elf’s stippling brushes) but I was still finding myself having to go over spots multiple times. I had initially dismissed this brush or brushes like it because I really thought that a flat-topped brush would be more helpful in getting into the curves around my nose while applying the foundation evenly. This brush is the one that did the trick, though. I pump the foundation onto a fingertip, dab lightly on my forehead, cheeks, or jawline, and use the brush to buff the foundation around and fill it evenly into my pores.

The handle is longer, but not the longest brush handle I’ve worked with. I don’t mind that the handle doesn’t taper down to a near-point, but I like the feel of the more contoured long brush handles like Sephora’s now-discontinued Professionnel line. The ferrule is slightly contoured, and I get more control if I hold the brush there instead of down on the handle; but I’m less fond of the feel of the paint or lacquer or whatever-it-is that’s on the ferrule.
