NYX Cosmetics’ Simply Lip Cream collection

These lip creams are…well, they’re good in some respects (ease of application, color range, ease of use, uniformly friendly finish, good color payoff) and not in others (staying power). They apply well, but they do tend to fade and transfer away fairly quickly. In that, they’re like other well-pigmented mid-price drugstore lipsticks. I got most of mine either in sets, or by using my Ulta points, so I didn’t quite pay full retail price for each of the colors that I own.

NYX Cosmetics’ Simply Lip Cream collection

The colors are all available for individual purchase, but NYX has them "grouped" by color range: Red, Pink, Nude, or Vampy. Their "Nude" group has six shades, same as the other three, but...they're all in the light-to-medium range. The darkest color isn't all that dark.
