NYX Cosmetics’ Suede Matte Lipliner in Copenhagen

I love this color, but I do not love its application! (I so very much wish that this shade had been made in the lip stick format as well.) It’s a cooler red with good depth, but it applied very patchily. Possibly the intent was never to apply it over the whole lip…but if that’s the case, why do I se feathering with this shade that I don’t notice quite so much with the other lip liners? Aren’t lip liners supposed to help define but also prevent feathering? (Apparently, not this specific lip liner.)
