All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
NYX Cosmetics’ Vivid Brights Liner in Vivid Fire

This isn’t a vampy red, but it’s definitely a deeper red. It’s also slightly brighter - if this were a lipstick color, it might not be one that I’d wear very often. It leans a bit cool, but it’s a little more bright than cool. I don’t know that this would look good on people with very strong gold or olive undertones. The brush applicator isn’t my favorite - it’s not so easy to make a straight, thin line. This is one of the better formulas of all of the Vivid Brights, though - the line that I made was even, no thin spots or blobs that I had to clean up. (It’s also nice to have red eyeliners!!)
