OPI’s Into The Night

An attractive color - bright, but not too vivid. It shows some brushstrokes, but it isn't too bad. It's got a nice metallic finish, only minimal visible spreadability issues. To me, its biggest downside is that it requires so many coats for full opacity. I'll gladly apply four coats for something multichrome, but this blue - while attractive enough - is no multichrome. (Not even a little.)

The thin nature of this polish means that it won't work well for stamping, either. That's a shame, because it would be really striking against a deep background. Even on a fine-detail stamp, if some of the lines didn't stay solid, it would have a cool “aged/dilapidated” effect, like you were looking at a really old filigree wrought-iron piece that was corroded and aged.
