OPI’s Looks Like Rain, Dear

This is almost a top- or effects-coat. I got it and Disco Ball when I was in Atlanta, and the remaining Sephora by OPI polishes were half price. I'm generally not the biggest fan of hexagonal glitters, but this is subtle enough and the larger glitter particles small enough, that I can wear it occasionally. If I want the coverage to be closer to full opacity, I have to use three fairly heavy coats.
