Fairly bright, but not neon, with a straight creme finish. Application was smooth, and the polish was neither too thin nor sludgy. I think, though, that I'll get the most use out of this as a nail-art color. It's a bit too intense for my preferences, for an all-over manicure; but it will look very striking against a black, dark brown, or even a deep blue background.
