OPI’s Pros and Bronze

I spotted this color in a beauty outlet store and fell in love. It's a gorgeous pinky-bronze shade, a bit like MAC's Pink Bronze pigment in nail polish form. It is mainly a bright, almost glowing bronze with pinky red shifts on the curve of the nail - almost like a duochrome effect. The texture is interesting, too - there's a kind of semi-pointillism effect, very similar to Warm and Fozzie. The woman at the counter mentioned that when this bottle was in its plastic collection-box, people routinely passed it by…but pull it out of the box and people fall in love with the color. Polishes like this do require more coats for full opacity, and the first coat can be disappointing if you don't know to expect about 50% coverage. But apply the second coat, and the beauty of the color really shines through.

I wore this for six days with no top coat, no chipping, and minimal tip wear. Touch-ups were very simple, since any touch-ups would blend seamlessly into the original application.
