One of three Chanel-Peridot-dupes released this season. (Three. Yes, really.) Most of the really intense duochrome shift that is seen in the bottle…didn’t show up on my nails. It’s due to the curvature of the bottle, and how light hits the polish - and my nails aren’t utterly flat but they don’t curve THAT much. There’s about as much duochrome shift as Chanel’s Peridot, with maybe just a slightly lighter base color and more undertones of green than blue in the colorshift. I like the texture of this polish - kind of rough, not a smooth metallic. Even so, the polish has an unfortunate tendency to show brushstrokes.

That’s the second OPI Peridot dupe this year! Well, I guess since it’s Sephora… No, nope. Doesn’t work for me - but at least I can snag (another) bottle of this color.
I count three this year: this one, Boho Gold, and the China Glaze’s Rare and Radiant. That doesn’t count the Jessica polish from last year! Absurd… (but, yay, we don’t have to pay $25 a bottle!) It’s like all the cosmetics companies have piles of this ingredient lying around and had no idea how to use it. So once they had the chance, they went whole hog…
I thought the OPI Spiderman collection came out this year? That one had a dupe, too - Just Spotted The Lizard
Oh dear fluffy lord…that’s FOUR!
