Polish Me Silly’s Envy

“At rest”, the primary color is a deep turquoise-teal with navy undertones. The purple and deeper blue - and even some blue-brown? - are visible as the light source shifts.

The formula was prone to showing brushstrokes, and was a bit bubbly for this manicure. I don’t know if the bubbles were left over from the initial shake-up, or if this bottle’s formula is just like that. I got partial opacity with one coat, and full opacity with two. No massive amounts of layering needed!
