Polish Me Silly’s Indulgence

I’ve seen black holographics, pale tan holographics, even some light brown holographics, but no holographic polishes with a black-coffee base! I love PMS’s holographic polish lineup because it includes base colors that aren’t often seen, and base colors that have just never been seen in holograph polishes before.
